Step 1: Log in to your blogger account. Choose the blog of which you are doing SEO. And then go to Settings > Search Preferences . There you will see Meta tags in disabled state. Click on edit and turn it on. There a box will appear. Describe your blog in maximum 150 words.

2. Add the following codes before </head> in the template . Note that the codes are pasted before </head> and customize the tags as suggested.

Replace 'Your Blog Description' with a short description of your blog.
Replace Keyword 1, Keyword 2 , Keyword 3  with the keywords related to your website. You can add as many keywords as you like. Be sure that your Keywords are separated with commas.
Replace 'Author Name with your name.
Replace Language Name with the Language of Your Site.
Replace Country Name with the targeted country or your own country name.

3. Click on Save Template.

Show Your Post Title Before Blog's Title

By default the blogger shows your Blog's title before your Post's title. This cause less chance of your appearance in search engine. So just follow the following steps here:
1. Log in to your blogger account and open template and click on edit html.

2. Find these codes in the template.

3. Replace these codes with the following codes.
